sprinkles

When Claudia and Dale announced they were coming to visit for a couple days, there was talk of Claudia wanting to bake cookies with Charlotte Bee and of Charlotte wanting to swim at the hotel pool with them.

Last week, Charlotte and I talked about the cookies a few times and each time I asked CB what kind of cookies she wants to bake she'd say, "sprinkled cookies". When Claudia and Dale got here, they talked cookies and Dale said his favorite is peanut butter and I mentioned that Steve loves peanut butter with chocolate...  -it was decided then that they would be peanut butter chocolate chip WITH SPRINKLES.

These cookies are delicious! Perfect! Dale told me that  the best part are the sprinkles which were gingerly placed and patted on each cookie by little baker Charlotte.

They did get to go swimming, too, and Julia swam in a pool for the first time!
Both of the girls loved the constant attention from their great aunt and uncle.
My camera is on the fritz yet again, so I'll be sending pics when I get them from Dale.
