Charlotte and I have taken "parent & me" swim lessons before and now Charlotte has moved on to group swim lessons!! My friend got some great pictures of Charlotte, Simon, and Bowen (playgroup friends) just before their first lesson -you can see how excited they are. CB did great. First, when her name was called to go to the pool, she grabbed my leg and froze, but after I walked her over, she saw pool toys and forgot all about being afraid. She didn't "swim" with the instructor but she did get pretty wet hanging out on the steps with the toys and from doing some bubble blowing. I think we got a good instructor, she's not pushing Charlotte but is pretty enthusiastic... I'll let you know of her progress! The lessons are everyday for two weeks!
