Some pictures from early to mid June.

Tutus can be worn as a skirt or a hat!
Sweet peas from the garden smell so good.
Charlotte dancing in ballet class.
They love each other.
Spring hail and rain storm.
Quick! Get a bucket to catch some!
A warm bath after playing outside in the cold.
Another rainy day... Charlotte's preschool class went on a field trip to a dairy in Ferndale.
Making hot chocolate and tasting it along the way...
Charlotte's ballet group before their performance.
I gave Charlotte a box of colored paper leftover from my teaching days, and for the last three weeks, she's been cutting and taping and drawing. She's made butterflies, bow ties, books, purses, and even a shoe out of paper. It's all over the house!
More paper construction happening in a tent in the living room.
Her friend Emma like to do this too. They worked for an hour on some paper projects.
Steve brought home an enormous box. The girls love it.
Proper sun protection! Our girls are so used to cold weather that they are ready to don swimsuits and other summer gear as soon as the sun comes out -even if it's only 58.
On the last day of preschool, Steve and Charlotte rode the bike over.
Charlotte and Emma at Woodside Preschool.
Another play date with Emma -it's becoming a tradition that they make cookies when they get together.
They're good friends.
