Honey Bear comes to visit

Charlotte's class has a stuffed animal that visits everyone's home and each student gets to write about their experience in a journal. Honey Bear finally came to our home at the beginning of October.  CB wanted to have a picnic outside with him when she got home from school:
You can tell Julia wanted to help make Honey Bear feel at home.
Honey Bear brought a bedtime story, Goodnight Moon, and a toothbrush. Both girls helped him out.
Julia at the Henderson Center farmer's market:
She loves to go because she gets to snack on lemon cucumbers and apples.
I love these pansies in my garden. I love how they reseed and grow all year.
Steve picking the apples. He's afraid the branches will break...
I'm getting good at baking apple pies. This one was for the fall festival at CB's school.
Here we are at the cake walk in the Kindergarten yard during the fall festival at CB's school.  We were hoping to win back the pie I donated! Someone grabbed it before we had a chance, but we did win TWO times, so we came home with some other tasty baked goods that the girls picked out (both items had candy corn on them).
Julia's first time "fishing" at the school festival.
Balloons!
