Reading Halloween stories:

With Pat and Ed here, I got to leave Julia at home with them and volunteer in the classroom, helping with the class party. Can you spot CB?

These are her two buddies, Ruby and Fiona (a fairy and a rock star)

Her friend Farren is a pirate.

Walter is Beaker -his mom made the costume.

One of the party games, Bowling for Ghosts

Say, "Halloweeeeeeen"

It was raining, so the school parade took place in the gymnasium.

There's CB!

At home, carving pumpkins:

Saving the seeds.

Raccoon!

Butterfly!

I made the costumes, mostly of felt.

Trick-or-treating at the first house, Julia's nervous and CB says, "Come on!!!"

At the second house, it's getting easier.

Our house:

After several houses, we're home to eat candy!

Then we had enchiladas. The end.  Hope you had a great holiday!
