On J's first day of preschool, I took a stroll around campus and took this picture from the top of the hill where you get a view of Humboldt Bay. Okay, so I got a little teary. It was sentimental to be wandering around campus by myself for the first time in ages, and I was beginning a new era of freedom while the kids are in school. I now have two hours every morning to run errands, accomplish tasks, exercise, and/or chill out. Dreamy.
