The weather was horrible yesterday. Dark, cool, a little breezy, a little misty -horrible for late August. Anyway, I was grouchy and feeling stuck in the house with sick, teething (well, for Julia) kids and so... After talking to Steve at work... It was decided that it would be the perfect day to bake something containing large amounts of chocolate: chocolate cupcakes with chocolate ganache on top. Perfect.
Here's CB sifting the cocoa and flour after she decided it was too clumpy and it needed a good sifting. (I think she just really likes her sifter.)
